Best faculty Team:

For preparing students to the level of IIT-JEE examination, the most critical factor is the Faculty team. We realize this is the single most important fact for success of students.

Out of the 19 faculty members, 11 are IITians and every faculty member has command over the complete syllabus of IIT-JEE. All the faculty members are experienced and have a track record of being very popular in reputed institutes of IIT-JEE of India. The faculty team has made it possible for Stratford Academy for getting recognition as one of the best institutes of IIT-JEE across India within the span of four years.

 

Unparallel Commitment and personal attention:

For every student a file is maintained of record of every test. Student’s are called for PTM ( Parent Teacher meetings ) on a regular interval. A separate doubt clearing time table is made on a weekly basis to ensure individual time is allocated for doubt clearing in addition to the regular classes. Direcor’s personal number is available to every student and parent and direct communication is encouraged to ensure that every academic doubt and enhancement possible is done.

Test scores of individual Student as well as batch as a whole are analyzed and the topics which are found weak additional classes are conducted and/or material and tests are provided. For the two year course batches started in year 2008 (target IIT JEE 2010) the regular 11th batch finished at end of January and 12th batch was starting from first of April, 2009. During the month of Feb and March “extra” backup classes were conducted for the topics which were found to be relatively weaker. During this time all the Faculty members were present in the classroom and students were encouraged to take personal time for doubt clearing to ensure total completion of 11th syllabus to IIT-JEE level.

 

Healthy competition in small batches:

While providing the best of the faculty team and individual attention, for success competition is the key. Out academic plan ensures details coverage of every topic of IIT-JEE syllabus. The test plan contains reshuffling points where it becomes necessary for students to produce the best to ensure that they become part of the top batches.

For example, for the two year program 2008 - 2010 group of top 10 students were identified and given one on one individual classes to ensure all the topic of even the best students are completed to the perfection and top rank of IIT-JEE.

For the current 2009 - 2011 session after the first reshuffling point ( for April matches may 15th) five batches are planned the first batch (or group) will contain 10-15 students the “A1” group. This group will be specially targeted and trained to get a rank in top 100 of IIT-JEE. The second batch will contain around 30-40 students. And the remaining 3 batches will have 60-70 students.

Stratford Academy is a small family dedicated for the total success of students. This is the institute where a few students from our two year batches are told that they are unable to perform up to IIT-JEE level and during the year of 12th board it is probably better to focus on AIEEE or just to concentrate on the important board examination.
